Privacy Notice

Effective August 23, 2026

Scope

This notice describes how Transparent Chains handles information collected through this public recruitment website and the application for its limited Private Beta. The public member portal, paid memberships, evidence submission, verification, voting, and event registration are not currently open.

Private Beta application information

The application may ask for a business name, contact name, email address, website, industry, company size, reason for interest, relevant supply-chain area, and permission to contact the applicant. Applicants should provide only the information needed for recruitment.

The Private Beta application does not ask applicants to create a password, make a payment, or submit confidential evidence. Do not include confidential documents, trade secrets, financial credentials, passwords, or unnecessary personal information about other people.

Application provider

Private Beta applications are submitted through Tally. Tally processes form submissions on behalf of Transparent Chains and may process related technical information according to its own privacy practices. Information entered in the application is transmitted to and stored through Tally’s service.

How application information is used

Transparent Chains may use application information to evaluate interest and fit for the Private Beta, communicate with applicants, plan the beta cohort, understand business and supply-chain needs, improve the proposed platform, prevent misuse, and maintain records of applications and withdrawals.

Who may access information

Application information may be accessed by the Transparent Chains founder and any authorized people assisting with Private Beta review or operations, as well as service providers such as Tally when needed to provide their services. An application is not made public, and no business profile will be published merely because an application was submitted.

Retention and choices

Application information may be retained while applications are evaluated, the Private Beta is planned or operated, and follow-up remains relevant. Information may also be retained when reasonably needed for security, recordkeeping, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Applicants may withdraw an application or request correction or deletion of their application information.

Current recruitment data and future platform data

This notice covers the current recruitment stage. Selected businesses will receive separate onboarding information and terms before receiving portal access or being asked for company profile content, supply-chain data, or evidence. This notice will be updated before materially different member-platform data is collected.

Contact

Questions and requests to correct, delete, or withdraw application information may be sent to [email protected].

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as the Private Beta and its supporting services develop. The effective date above will be changed when a revised notice is published.
