Authority to apply
By submitting an application, you represent that you are authorized to provide the application information and to express interest in the Private Beta on behalf of the named business.
What an application means
Applying does not create a user account, paid membership, contract for services, verification, certification, endorsement, or payment obligation. It is a request to be considered for a limited testing program.
Selection
Private Beta selection is discretionary and is not guaranteed. Transparent Chains may consider cohort size, business needs, testing priorities, available support, and whether an applicant is a suitable fit for the current stage.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive material
The application should contain only basic business, contact, and interest information. Do not submit confidential documents, trade secrets, passwords, financial credentials, payment-card information, or unnecessary personal information about employees, suppliers, customers, or other third parties.
Privacy and contact permission
Application information will be handled under the Privacy Notice. When an applicant gives permission to be contacted, Transparent Chains may use the supplied contact information to discuss the application, recruitment process, Private Beta, and related next steps.
Withdrawal
An applicant may withdraw an application by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect handling that occurred before the request was received or records reasonably retained for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Separate onboarding terms
Selected businesses will receive separate participation or onboarding terms before receiving portal access, being asked for evidence, or joining any structured review. A business may decide whether to proceed after reviewing those terms and the defined beta scope.
No automatic publication
No business profile, application information, supply-chain information, or applicant identity will be publicly published merely because an application was submitted. Any future public profile process will require separate notice, authorization, and review.
Changes during the beta
The proposed methodology, terminology, workflows, eligibility, and beta functionality may change as Transparent Chains learns from testing. Applying does not promise access to any particular feature or future service.
